The week of October 22 was packed full for GRI. We attended the AGMA Fall Technical Meeting at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. This years’ FTM was overflowing with quality sessions from an internationally diverse group of gear industry experts. After the FTM concluded, GRI hosted the annual face-to-face meeting of the Aerospace Research Bloc Consortium; with fourteen attendees representing eleven organizations. Finally, we visited the 2017 Gear Expo and ASM Heat Treat Show, where the latest and greatest technologies in the gear and heat treatment industries was on display. If you’ve never attended the Gear Expo, you should! There’s nothing else quite like it!
Oct 2025 News – Honeywell rejoins Aerospace Bloc
