Board of Trustees' has expanded its members to 10

With government/company budget cuts, members are having more difficulty getting approval to travel for meetings. With the expansion of the Board to ten (10) members, we feel this will enable the Board to have a quorum at future meetings. The board will now consist of four (4) Gear Research Institute elected members; three (3) AGMA; and three (3) ASME appointed members on the Board.
