Bruce Boardman has retired from his position on the Gear Research Institute's Board of Trustees. He has been an asset to the Board and will be missed. We wish him well on his retirement.

Bryan Lammers, of Caterpillar, has replace Bruce Boardman on the Board of Trustees. Bryan has more than 30 years of experience in Manufacturing, Marketing and Product development, all at Cat. He has worked in assembly, machining, fabrications, and heat treatment in operations. In product development, Bryan has worked in structures, power trains, analysis, hydraulics and electronics. He has had responsibilities for geared systems dating back to 1985. He has been a Certified Reliability and Quality Engineer and has served in the marketing of gears to OEM's. Bryan currently leads a division with responsibility for transmission control systems and serves on Cat's Powertrain Technical Advisory Board.

Bryan has served on the AGMA Foundation Board of Trustees for one term prior to joining the AGMA Board of Directors. He and his wife, Debra, have two children, Nicole and Matthew. They make their home in Peoria Heights, Illinois.
